French tourist in Harlem slashed in neck in unprovoked attack

A French tourist was stabbed in the neck Friday in an unprovoked attack in Harlem, police sources said.

The man, 27, and a female companion were entering the IHOP restaurant on W. 132 St. at Seventh Ave. around 11 a.m. when the suspect approached him, said the sources.
