“We have completed the task of bringing back our aircraft to their Manila base from parking shelters around the country and overseas,” said PAL spokesperson Cielo Villaluna.
“We have started operating replacement flights to assist our passengers affected by flight cancellations on certain routes to and from the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and selected points in Asia, the Middle East, and the Philippines,” she added.
“Once again, we express our gratitude and appreciation to all our passengers for their kind understanding and cooperation in the midst of these typhoon-related disruptions. We apologize for the resulting inconveniences, and assure you that your safety is always our highest concern,” Villaluna said.
“We also extend our prayers and sincere concern to all the families in various Philippine provinces who suffered losses and hardship as a result of this destructive typhoon,” she added.
For flight rebooking or refunding, passengers may call the PAL Hotline (02) 8855 8888.
